SurfPrep sanders work with almost any vacuum, but the hose sizes rarely match up. This reducer bridges that gap. It slides over the end attachment of most vacuum systems that come with a 1.75″ to 1 7/8″ hose, and the grey adapter piece makes a tight seal so your dust collection actually pulls.
It is not threaded. The SurfPrep side is built for SurfPrep’s Vacuum Hose, which screws into the adapter.
